I
n the on going case of Army Corporal Julie Witherspoon, aka Julie Brinko,
a man in a black robe, sitting in the Judges
chair on 2nd Floor believed to be Selm S. Franklin
has taken all of Monday & Tuesday
morning, October 21 & Oct. 22, to deal in the Marsden Hearing
where Julie is firing her attorney, Mr.
MacBride, who admits he has done nothing on her case for
months and months, and probably won't
because "its only a misdemeanor" he reportedly said behind
closed and locked doors where Media was
excluded. It is reported that Judge "Selm" is
trying to find
a real attorney who will actually file
motions for Ms Julie Witherspoon. All her current legal
representative
has done is suggest she take a plea
deal, which she angrily refuses. We tried to talk
to Sgt. Mansfield,
at the lamorow [in]justice Center, but
he suddenly was not available and the next Sgt. said he had "just
left",
so we left a phone number for him to call,
and Deputy Sgt. Mansfield has
not responded for an interview.
On the internet for some time has
been the audio of the two Deputy Sheriffs who beat and kick and
apparently molest-search the woman Army Corporal for the "crime
" of coming into the Orange County
courthouse, to file motions to fire her
attorney who has done nothing for her case but lose it, and for this
"trespass" in the public
Courthouse, this American veteran soldier of the Iraqi war was
arrested, hog tied,
and beaten. Then the two
sheriffs acting much like their elected Sheriff Mike Corona [who is
facing a criminal Trial of his own on Federal Charges] excused their
criminal behavior and sat down to Discuss "what to" charge her
with. Not knowing they were being recorded privately and
that audio tape is on the internet.
Thousands of have now heard the disgusting
behavior of Deputy Sgt. Mansfield and the audio has
been copied and listed on other site.
One report, has it that the
Orange County Grand Jury will be calling the deputies before Christmas,
and not to congradulate them on beating a
woman veteran. Meanwhile, Judge "Franklin" appears ready
to grand Witherspoons request to fire her
do-nothing attorney MacBride and appoint someone who will
"really help". Judge
Franklin is the first breathe of justice Ms. Witherspoon has had since
her children
were "kidnapped" in Germany and
literally put on the adoption [read that auction block] by the
Governments
own slave market run by "Child
Protective Services", which causes thousands of child deaths a
year,
and subjects children to pediophiles and
worse, like Sally Schofield, who duct taped a 5 year old girl
to death rather than let the girl stay with
a father or mother, or grandmother.
This case is to resume Friday, today
at 9 am in 700 Civic Center Drive in Orange County, Ca.
